PT Hasura Mitra Gemilang is looking for an Assistant Manager Marketing to join our team in Cikarang. This position will be responsible for supporting marketing strategy, developing new customers and projects, managing RFQ and quotation processes, costing, price negotiation, customer relationship, and coordinating new projects with related departments. We are looking for a professional with strong experience in plastic injection molding and automotive/electronic manufacturing, particularly those who have experience handling OEM/Tier 1 customers and understand the business process from RFQ, costing, quotation, PO, until delivery. Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Must have experience in plastic injection molding, tooling/mold, or automotive/electronic parts manufacturing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Section Head, Supervisor, or equivalent position.
  • Basic ability to read technical drawings.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including 5 Why Analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and quality mindset.
  • Willing to visit customers and travel for business purposes within or outside the city.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Department in developing marketing strategies, annual sales targets, and department budgets.
  • Build business networks and develop new customers and projects, particularly OEM/Tier 1 customers in the automotive and electronics industries.
  • Act as the main PIC for key customers and maintain effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Control the RFQ, part and mold costing, quotation, and price negotiation processes until PO issuance.
  • Ensure price adjustments are properly managed following specification changes or raw material price changes.
  • Ensure new model development projects are completed according to schedule, from project initiation, sampling, approval, PO, through first delivery.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Tooling, PPIC, QC, and Production regarding new projects, delivery, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer complaints and claims are followed up and closed through proper root cause analysis, 5 Why, and countermeasures.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction results and develop improvement plans.
  • Monitor existing product sales, outstanding POs, delivery performance, and overdue receivables in coordination with Finance.
  • Lead, assign tasks, coach, and evaluate the performance of Marketing Section Heads and Staff.
  • Prepare monthly Marketing KPI performance reports and presentations.
  • Monitor market developments, material prices, competitors, and trends in the plastic injection industry.
  • Represent the Head of Marketing when required and carry out instructions from the Head of Marketing and Director.
